1- Reach Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3 , departures gate number 7
2- Enter from gate number 7 and find Uzbekistan Airways counter near to gate 7
3- Check in , show your Xerox copy of visa and ticket and get your boarding pass
4- Contact other group members and assemble as a group before immigration
5- Immigration will be done in queue and group leader will show original visa when whole group will clear immigration group leader will collect original visa
6- Proceed for boarding on given gate number and find your seat number
7- Please ask for two arrival / custom farms and fill them , Pls declare all money and valueables in that form
8- Board on same shuttle bus with group at Tashkent airport
9- Pls make a que at passport assistance at Tashkent Aiport, Group leader will show original visa and rest of members will show Xerox copy , Pls do collect original visa
10- Show both form you had filled on board , one copy will be given to you as pr0of and will be required at return time , Pls keep that copy safely.
11- Take main exit gate to come out and see Pla Card “ Vivek Tashkent “ to find your guide and bus
